Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Dentalengua.

These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you use dentalengua.com or purchase Dentalengua coaching services. By using the website or enrolling in a coaching program, you agree to these Terms.

If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at abraham@dentalengua.com.

1. What Dentalengua Provides

Dentalengua provides educational coaching and interview-preparation services for foreign-trained dentists, including preparation related to the CAAPID application and interview process.

Our services may include:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Mock interviews

  • Communication and pronunciation coaching

  • Interview feedback and scoring

  • Answer frameworks and practice materials

  • Personalized phrase banks and other educational resources

  • Other coaching resources described on the applicable program page

Dentalengua provides education and coaching, not legal, immigration, admissions, licensing, or professional advice.

Our current CAAPID Interview Express program is designed specifically for dentists who already have functional English and want focused preparation for the interview stage. Program details, including the number of sessions and included materials, are described on the applicable program page at the time of purchase.

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Licensure

Dentalengua does not guarantee:

  • admission to any dental school or advanced-standing program;

  • an invitation to interview;

  • a particular interview score;

  • acceptance into a program;

  • a passing result in any admissions or assessment process;

  • U.S. dental licensure; or

  • any particular professional, financial, or career outcome.

Your admission and licensure outcomes depend on factors outside Dentalengua's control, including your qualifications, application, interview performance, the requirements of individual programs, and decisions made by schools, testing organizations, licensing authorities, and other third parties.

We can promise preparation, feedback, and coaching. We cannot honestly promise an admissions result.

3. Eligibility and Fit

Our programs are designed for foreign-trained dental professionals who meet the eligibility requirements described on the relevant program page.

You are responsible for determining whether a particular U.S. dental program, application pathway, interview, examination, or licensing pathway applies to you.

If Dentalengua determines that a program is not an appropriate fit for your current English level, timeline, or goals, we may recommend that you pursue a different form of preparation.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Program prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is processed through the payment method presented at checkout.

If an installment or payment-plan option is offered, the specific payment schedule presented to you at checkout governs your payment obligation. Choosing an installment option does not change the total program price unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information and for completing all payments according to the agreed schedule.

Dentalengua may suspend or terminate access to coaching or program materials if a required payment is not received.

5. Refunds

Dentalengua currently offers a full refund within 48 hours of purchase provided that no coaching session has occurred.

Once your first coaching session has occurred, the purchase is non-refundable.

If you believe an exceptional circumstance applies, contact us at abraham@dentalengua.com as soon as possible. Any exception is at Dentalengua's discretion and does not modify this refund policy for future purchases.

6. Scheduling and Missed Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance.

You are responsible for attending your scheduled sessions and having a reliable internet connection and appropriate environment for the session.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Any specific rescheduling or missed-session rules communicated when you enroll in your program also apply.

Repeated missed sessions or failure to communicate about scheduling may affect your ability to complete the program within the originally planned timeframe.

7. Your Responsibilities

Coaching works best when you participate actively.

You are responsible for:

  • attending your sessions;

  • completing assigned practice;

  • providing accurate information about your background and goals;

  • preparing for sessions when requested;

  • communicating promptly about scheduling issues; and

  • using Dentalengua materials only as permitted by these Terms.

Dentalengua cannot guarantee a particular level of improvement because results depend in part on your participation, existing skills, preparation time, and other individual factors.

8. Coaching Materials and Intellectual Property

Dentalengua's methodology, frameworks, templates, exercises, recordings, written materials, assessments, phrase banks, and other original content are proprietary to Dentalengua unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase a program, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials provided to you for your own educational purposes.

You may not, without written permission:

  • reproduce or republish Dentalengua materials;

  • sell or redistribute them;

  • share paid materials with another person;

  • use them to create a competing coaching or training program;

  • upload them to a public website or repository; or

  • represent Dentalengua's materials as your own.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dentalengua's intellectual property to you.

9. Confidentiality and Coaching Sessions

Coaching may involve discussion of your professional history, application, interview performance, goals, and other information you choose to share.

Dentalengua will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

You should not provide confidential information belonging to another person, dental practice, school, employer, or organization during coaching sessions unless you have the right to disclose it.

For information about how Dentalengua collects and uses personal information, please review the Privacy Policy.

10. Website Content and Third-Party Information

Dentalengua makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational information, but website content may change and should not be treated as an official statement from ADEA, CAAPID, a dental school, a licensing board, or another third party.

Requirements for dental school admissions, interviews, examinations, licensing, immigration, and professional practice can change.

You are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the relevant institution or authority before relying on them.

Dentalengua is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ADEA, CAAPID, or any particular dental school unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use dentalengua.com in a way that:

  • violates applicable law;

  • interferes with the operation or security of the website;

  • attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;

  • copies or scrapes proprietary website content for commercial use; or

  • infringes another person's rights.

Dentalengua may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or its services at any time.

12. No Professional or Admissions Advice

Dentalengua's coaching is educational.

It is not a substitute for advice from:

  • a licensed attorney;

  • an immigration professional;

  • a dental licensing authority;

  • a dental school admissions office;

  • a credential-evaluation organization; or

  • another qualified professional.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions involving immigration, licensure, admissions eligibility, legal matters, or other regulated areas.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dentalengua and its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dentalengua's total liability relating to a purchased coaching service will not exceed the amount you actually paid Dentalengua for that service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
