Dentalengua ("Dentalengua," "we," "us," or "our") operates dentalengua.com and provides educational resources, dental interview preparation, and coaching services for foreign-trained dentists.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily stop transactional or service-related communications, such as messages about a scheduled consultation or purchase.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Dentalengua and provide services to you. These providers may process information on our behalf and include:

  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email marketing and delivery

  • Calendly — scheduling and appointment management

  • Stripe — payment processing

  • Google Analytics — website analytics

These companies have their own privacy policies and may process information according to their respective terms and policies. For example, Calendly's current privacy notice describes how it collects, uses, and discloses personal data, and Stripe maintains a privacy center describing its data practices.

5. Refunds

Dentalengua offers a 50% refund if you request it before your third coaching session (Session 3) begins. To request a refund, email abraham@dentalengua.combefore Session 3.

Once Session 3 has begun, the purchase is non-refundable.

If you believe an exceptional circumstance applies, contact us as soon as possible. Any exception is at Dentalengua's discretion and does not modify this refund policy for future purchases.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Dentalengua uses cookies and similar technologies.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, including which pages receive traffic and how visitors navigate the site.

Cookies may also be used to support website functionality, security, and marketing or analytics activities.

You may be able to control or restrict cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Coaching session recordings are retained for 24 months after program completion. Audit call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you enroll, in which case they transfer to the 24-month retention period. Recordings are made only with your consent.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws apply to you, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

These may include the right to:
